I love Trillium! The brewery is spacious and welcoming. The food is great, especially the pizza. And the beer is fabulous! Try Public Garden IPA. You won’t be disappointed!

We had our wedding reception at Trillium Canton. It was the best night and all of our guests commented how good the food the was. Jessica was our Event Manager and she was great and made sure we happy and had everything we needed.

I really like this Trillium location. This is the headquarters of Trillium now. It is very well setup. They have a large outdoors area and a huge indoor area that can seat 750 people. They have really nice wood Pizza ovens And make great pizzas. Had the mushroom pizza and it was great. The Ceasar salad with chicken is also really good. Of course Trillium beers are world class.

I ordered the lamb pizza and pretzel with beer cheese. The pizza was excellent. The pretzel was good but I did not enjoy the beer cheese. The atmosphere was beautiful. Beautiful building to have a beer. Food showed up surprisingly fast even though it was crowded. And a fine beer selection too. If I could offer one piece of advice, you're located next to large corporations & a hotels. Write the word 'brewery' on your entrance. Some of us out of towners don't know your entrance isn't another big corporate building like your neighbors.

2023 update: Expansion, Expansion, Expansion... no drink tickets, friendly service, lots of seating indoors and out, great beer and good food. No crazy lines... what a great experience. 2020: You can reserve a seat, or they have some available for walk up and a nice setup for to go orders. Decent beer menu but not too much new from my last visit. All online ordering makes interacting with staff and learning about what you are getting a little tough. Staff is helpful but the online ordering checked me out twice and added a larger tip than expected before I was ready. Some seating under a shelter for rainy days but most out in the open.

Was impressed by the sprawling layout and design of this space. The patio/beer garden area was large enough to hold over 100 people and the inside seating was at least as large. A shorter menu was available on the patio (you order and they drop it off at your table). The tables are large, and there are also a couple of fire rings with chairs. Overall, the food and beer was very good. A nice mix of people, and everyone was very polite and friendly.

We had our wedding at Trillium in Canton in August and had the best day ever! The event team (shoutout Emily and Alana!) was such a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and the day of. Our guests loved the laid back feeling of the day and are still raving about the food. I never pictured getting married at a brewery, but it ended up being everything I could’ve wanted and more! I highly recommend Trillium in general (great food, drinks, and environment) and as a wedding venue!

Exceptional brewery! I've been to so many breweries throughout New England and this is easily one of the best. Everything here is top notch: the beers, the food, the beautiful (and HUGE) campus the brewery sits on... If you're a stout fan, this is the place to be! Nobody does a stout like Trillium; smooth as can be, high ABV and delicious flavor. They can easily get dangerous very quickly... The pizza here is absolutely fantastic, which is unexpected at a brewery. It's a neapolitan-style as they have huge wood-fired pizza ovens that are out on display in the bar area. I would definitely recommend checking this place out! :)

I always enjoy coming here. It can get very busy on weekends despite how large it is. They have great service and a clean environment. The food is pretty good and the beer is great.
